JUNE UPDATE!
Hey team!!!
We still have more changes coming as we integrate our new church management software and continue to use new features! I'm really excited about some of the ways we will be able to communicate as a team & with our whole church. So here is a new monthly update format for you directly through our website!!!
As we make changes, PLEASE reach out if you have questions or aren't sure how to use something, I would be happy to help you.
One thing that would be a HUGE help is using either the email or JFM app schedule to accept/decline serving weeks & mark when you will be gone on vacation! I added some instructions below if you want to learn how to use the app. Make sure you let me know if something isn't coming through right or you are scheduled for the wrong dates.
The beginning of Psalm 139 has been on constant repeat in my heart these last few weeks. I have needed the reminder the the LORD sees every part of my life - even the hard parts! Some of you heard I wasn't here on Sunday because I was down in Oklahoma for a family member's funeral. I was again repeating this to myself as I was traveling. Whatever your summer brings, I'm praying that each of you will feel comfort of a God who sees where we are - in joy & trial! Rest in Him!

Using the app to check your volunteer schedule!
1. Click the profile button in the top right corner & make sure you login!
2. Click "view schedule" to see the dates you are currently assigned.
3. Click "Manage availability" to add in vacations / unavailable dates in the future.
- Click the "X or ✔️" on each date assignment.
- Click the "..." by a date to decline a date that you previously accepted.
- Click the "X or ✔️" on each date assignment.

Sunday Funday!
Heads up 4th Sunday team! The last Sunday of the month will be a bit more chaotic because of all the fun!
We still need a few more volunteers to help with setup, food, activities, tear down, etc. If you are already serving on the last Sunday, or would be willing to switch your serve week to be able to help, let me know! This is also a great opportunity to invite someone who isn't on our regular team to serve with you! Bring your grandkid, a friend, someone from your small group! This isn't a commitment to the whole summer, just let me know which month you'd be willing to help with :)

Take a look at the church calendar! (Use the arrows to see June & beyond!) While this won't have every single thing going on in our church because that would be a very long list, we are working to keep it more up to date! You can find this at anytime on the app or website & each event has more info available when you click on it.
*Next Steps team - this is a great thing to look over to see what is coming up & to direct people to!!! If you are looking at an event in the app, there is also a share button that you can use to text the event info directly to someone!!!
