Glenn and Wendy Lorenz
The Lorenz family has been invited to participate in developing leaders within the church in Central America.   We have also been asked to assist in the development of pastoral leaders throughout Central America, particularly in Nicaragua, and in the recently created Shoreline district (a non-geographic association structured around the surfing community whose epicenter is located on the Pacific coast of Costa Rica.

The goal of Free Methodist World Missions in Latin America is to fuel and sustain a biblical movement to reach Latin Americans for Christ. This will happen by:

1.      Empowering and coaching national leaders to multiply disciples, groups, leaders, and churches

2.      Catalyzing initiatives and partnerships to plant clusters of churches in strategic cities

3.      Creating appropriate structures and sustainable systems to encourage and support the exponential growth of the Church

We will be working with a church planting model called Community Church Planting (CCP)  to help catalyze healthy church planting, as well as resourcing national church leaders as they implement healthy training and ordination processes.
