Beth was born and raised in Jackson and is proud to still call this area home. She's been married to Andrew since 2003. They met playing intramural flag football in college. They love to watch baseball, they try to go to as many minor league games as possible and like to tie vacations into where the Tigers are playing on the road. Together they have three children, Brennan, Alli and Myah. She also has two brothers and a sister.
Beth loves to bike, coach youth sports (baseball/softball and basketball), play speedmitton, bake, play board games and be outside as much as possible. Yes even in the winter! The whole family will head out to go sledding as often as time allows. The kids and her have a tradition to run outside and take a picture as soon as the first snow starts to fall each year. A perfect evening to her is one spent around a bonfire with family and friends. You'll still catch her playing Legos, shooting Nerf guns, drawing sidewalk chalk, playing with American Girl Dolls, and blowing bubbles.
She has been involved in Children's Ministry since before her kiddos were born. Starting out as a 5th Sunday Nursery Worker, slowing getting more and more involved. When Brennan was born in 2006 she stopped working at Spring Arbor University to stay home with him. It was then that she dove into co-leading her first VBS and was hooked!
Favorite kids' books to read with her kids: Let Me Hold You Longer, Always Daddy's Princess, Little House in the Big Woods, Chronicles of Narnia
